Midas S.A.

The Management Board of NFI Midas S.A. wishes to deny reports by the Polish Press Agency on 20 November 2012 of a planned issue of share capital within a target capital framework. The incorrect information is, to the Fund’s knowledge, the result of a mistake by journalists; the plans for an issue of share capital concern another company - NFI Magna Polonia S.A.

The Management Board of NFI Midas S.A. intends to maintain its financing plans presented in current and periodic reports published by the Fund in recent weeks, particularly in Current Report No. 49/2012 of 5 November 2012 concerning the signing of a term sheet with financial institutions and Current Report No. 50/2012 of 5 November 2012 concerning the adoption of a resolution on commencing the procedure for issuing ordinary secured bonds of the Fund with a value of up to PLN 250 million.
