The Supervisory Board of the Company decided that Krzysztof Adaszewski, currently the Management Board member responsible for finance, would become the new President of the Management Board of NFI Midas. Wojciech Pytel, the previous President of the Management Board, will join the Supervisory Board of the Company as its Chairman. Dariusz Łukasiewicz will round out the Management Board. On the Supervisory Board of NFI Midas, Wojciech Pytel will replace Andrzej Chajec and take on the position of Chairman. Zygmunt Solorz-Żak will remain on the Supervisory Board of the Company as its Deputy Chairman.
The two-year term of office of the Management Board of NFI Midas starts on 16 December 2012. Apart from President of the Management Board Krzysztof Adaszewski, the Management Board will have two Vice-Presidents: Maciej Kotlicki, who is currently a Management Board member, and Dariusz Łukasiewicz. Dariusz Łukasiewicz, who joins the Management Board, was the Deputy Director General of Polkomtel. He has enormous managing experience, including in the telecommunications sector. Before working for Polkomtel, he gained experience in such companies as PTC, Interphone Service and Ove Arup & Partners HK.
