The Supervisory Board of Midas S.A. has appointed Mr. Dariusz Łukasiewicz as Vice President of the Company. The composition of the Management Board established by the Supervisory Board thereby consists of two persons.

Dariusz Łukasiewicz will be entrusted with new duties in other companies within the Midas Group. He was appointed to the Management Board of the Company in December 2012. Previously, he was Deputy General Director at Polkomtel Sp. z o.o., and before that gained experience in such companies as PTC, Interphone Service and Ove Arup & Partners HK.
