NFI Midas is realising its emission goals:
The Warsaw Stock Exchange listed fund has finalised the process of accounting for the takeover of Aero2 and has made an early buyout of debt bonds in the possesion of Alior Bank.
The financing of the takeover of 100% of shares of Conpidon Limited, which is the owner of Aero2 Sp. z.o.o. was the main goal of the last NFI Midas share emission. Thanks to the funds acquired from shareholders, the fund paid the whole price for Aero2. Furthermore, through the repayment of the debt to Alior Bank, the company has fulfilled its second emission goal. On the 26th of April 2012 an early buyout of bonds with a nominal value of 71,5 mil zł was made.
Currently the NFI Midas Group is dynamically achieving its countrywide ultrafast mobile internet network expansion program, which utilies LTE/HSPA+ technology. On the 26th of April 2012, the fund granted its subsidiary - Aero2, a loan for 20 mil zł, for it to finance further investments related to expanding the telecommunication network.
