On the 23rd of July, 2012, Polkomtel Sp. z.o.o., the operator of the Plus network and Aero2, a subsidiary of the Warsaw Stock Exchange listed NFI Midas fund, have finalised a framework agreement with Ericsoon Sp. z.o.o. , for the provision, integration and maintenance of the access and core elements of a cellphone telecommunicaiton network. A maintenance agreements has also been finalised.

Ericsson has pledged to provide WCDMA and LTE technologies, which will enable the introduction of the most modern data transmission services. Ericsson guarantees the best possible solution when it comes to the network's reliability and efficiency and will also assure that new devices and programs are compatible with the existing elements of the network. Ericsson has also pledged full cooperation with Plus' and Aero2's other service and device providers.

The signing of the framework agreement with Ericsson is the next step in the realisation of the fund's strategy and is a partial aim of the emission of D series stock, that is the expansion of the telecommunication infrastructure.
