ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny has informed about attaining stocks which amount to over 5% of the overall number. This is the second financial investor, after Allianz TFI, that has revealed itself among NFI Midas' shareholders this year.

The new investor has for a number of years now, been one of the two largest pension funds active on the Polish market, whose investment results place it among the very best. On the 27th of July 2012, ING OFE has held almost 74,4 mil NFI Midas shares on its equity account, which entitle it to 5,03% of the total number of votes at the annual general meeting.
