Mobyland Sp. z o.o. was established in 2006 in Warsaw as the sixth operator of mobile telecommunication services in Poland. Compliant with the decision of the President of the Office of Electronic Communications of 30 November 2007 the Company obtained the reservation of the frequency allowing for rendering mobile telecommunication services in the GSM band of 1800 MHz all over the country. On 30 August 2009 the company commenced providing commercial telecommunication services. |
Aero2 Sp. z o.o. is a wholesale telecommunication operator holding the radio frequencies within the range of 900 and 2600 MHz and a chain of modern base stations. The held assets allow the Company for offering services of a wide band, mobile Internet, based on a wireless telecommunication network based on HSPA+ and LTE technology. |
Mobyland Sp. z o.o. powstał w 2006 r. w Warszawie jako szósty operator mobilnych usług telekomunikacyjnych w Polsce. Zgodnie z decyzją Prezesa UKE z dnia 30 listopada 2007 roku Spółce została przyznana rezerwacja częstotliwości pozwalającą na świadczenie mobilnych usług telekomunikacyjnych w paśmie GSM 1800 MHz na terenie całego kraju. 30 sierpnia 2009 roku spółka rozpoczęła komercyjne świadczenie usług telekomunikacyjnych.
